NO SURPRISE GUARANTEE — The price that was quoted is the price you pay! We take the responsibility of knowing what is needed to complete the job "the first time." Any changes will be agreed upon by both you and Korschot's before they are implemented.

EQUIPMENT SIZE GUARANTEE — It is our job to know what size of equipment to install in your home. We guarantee 72 degrees at the thermostat with outdoor temperatures of -5 degrees to 95 degrees.

CLEANLINESS GUARANTEE — Our installation crew will take every precaution to prevent dust and dirt from contacting furnishings and carpets. We will endeavor to leave the work area as clean as it was before we started our installation.

WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE — We guarantee our work and the equipment we install to be free of defects for a period of one year from the date of installation. In addition, we warranty the sheet metal and ductwork that we have installed for a five-year period. If any repairs are to be made in these warranty times we will fix them at no cost to you during normal working hours. (Proper installation is key to having a durable and efficient system.)

SERVICE RESPONSE GUARANTEE — You will receive a service agreement with any new system we sell and install. They can be renewed annually and guarantee a 24-hour or less response for needed repairs.
